Refund Policy
This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work for Biovida products purchased from Zolvarenphhrax.ddd. It does not replace your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which may give you remedies beyond this policy.

Consumer guarantees
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for any disclosed purpose. If a guarantee is breached, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of this policy. Nothing here limits those rights.
Change of mind
Where we offer discretionary change-of-mind returns, unopened products in original packaging may be accepted within fourteen days of delivery unless a different window is stated at checkout. Opened items may be excluded for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are generally your responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
Faulty or damaged goods
If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within seven days of delivery with your order reference and clear photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate under applicable law.
Do not dispose of goods until we confirm whether inspection is required for a warranty or carrier claim.
How to request a return
Step one: Email talk@zolvarenphhrax.world with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
Step two: Wait for written authorisation and the return address. Do not send unauthorised returns to random addresses.
Step three: Pack items securely with proof of purchase. You are responsible for loss in transit until we receive the goods unless we provide a prepaid label.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days of receiving the returned goods or confirming a fault. Bank processing times may add additional days before funds appear in your account.
Non-returnable items
Certain promotional bundles, clearance items, or personalised goods may be marked non-returnable at purchase. Subscription shipments may be governed by separate cancellation terms shown at signup.
Exceptions and fraud prevention
We may refuse returns where we detect abuse of the policy, repeated high-value claims without evidence, or where regulatory rules prohibit resale of certain formulations.
Disputes
If you disagree with an outcome, contact us with additional information. You may also escalate to dispute resolution services or regulators available in your jurisdiction.
Updates
We may revise this Refund Policy to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued purchases after changes constitute acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
